Participants will have to bring their ID or passport to the JRC each day.
 
Laptops
Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop, so that they can explore the COIN Tool. The presentations will be made available online during the training. Wifi access will be available for all participants.
Participants will have to register their laptop or tablet at the JRC entrance on the first day.
 
Costs
There are no registrations fees, but participants will need to cover the costs of their travel and accommodation.
 
Accommodation and transportation
The JRC will provide assistance in booking accommodation in the local area.
The JRC will also arrange transfers from airport/train station to the JRC site and local transfers from the hotel to the JRC site. Participants can fly to Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate (if open) or arrive by train to Milan Central Station, Sesto Calende or Arona. Participants can also be picked up by the JRC shuttle service in Lugano Agno Airport and Lugano Railway Station in Switzerland. All drivers will carry a yellow sign ‘JRC Ispra’.

The JRC Week will be held in English.
